WORRY LESS

Am I still beautiful like I use to be?

Are there lines decorating my being?

Will I stay pretty like a pod still holding its pea?

or wither away trying to find meaning?

Handsome it is I use to be called.

My personality in life is unequaled,

but at years after years get installed

will I wither away trying to be restored

Women and men worry a lot.

Here and there planning a plot,

to give life all they got.

In exchange for just a shot

Just know that

Worry does not do a good thing

but to persist with an effort to cling

and when we give it a wing

it establishes control as a king

"Time itself"

 

I have no time for that,

Time is running fast,

Time is money,

Time waits for no one,

Lost time is never found again,

Time is the most valuable thing a man can spend,

Time is the wisest counselor of all.

These words I have heard times without number,

but what exactly is time?

 I have been faced with the reality of dealing with "time itself", feeling like 24 hours a day is not enough to work with. Always busy doing one thing or the other from morning till night. Running against time itself or as I say, running after time itself.

Are we ever going to catch up with it (time), it seem faster than we anticipate, propelling us to run forward and towards our goals, which eventually leads us either to achieving those goal or just getting old while we are at it, because time does not wait.

"Time itself”, does not slow down.  So, what will it take for human race to slow down a bit, take in deep breath, enjoy the scenery, knowing fully well that we are made not to control time but to aim and achieve goals while flowing with time itself.
